Sometimes you find galletas maria in England...

There is a dizzying array of "biscuits" in the sweets aisle at the supermarket, and surprisingly some of them are vegan! Even labeled too with "Suitable for vegetarians and vegans", which is really nice. But what was most surprising about this specific variety of "biscuit", is that when we tried them we were instantly reminded us of mexican galletas marias!!! 

They taste exactly like them! They are fantastic! And unlike the mexican version, these are vegan!! W00t!! So that makes them better! haha So it was a welcome surprise, to be reminded of a childhood favorite in England...
