Sometimes you eat a different melon...

...and it is good! This one is called 'piel de sapo' for obvious reasons (unless you don't speak Spanish). It is from Spain, and this is what it looks like:




It tasted kind of like a honeydew melon and Geli didn't hate it, so it must have not been very similar to cantaloupe.

  3. o.O the first photo reminds me of pecans when they still have their shell, we have a pecan tree at my house :P, they taste great, but it is troublesome to collect them.

  4. @Luis - That's cool! I had never even seen pecans in a green shell. So they have 2 shells? THe green one and the brown one?
